Overview

The Middlesex 200 Club provides educational support to the children and dependents of first responders who serve Middlesex County, NJ. Scholarships are awarded to eligible applicants who demonstrate character, service, and academic commitment.

Eligibility

  • Applicant is enrolled (or enrolling) in a college, university, or accredited trade program.
  • Parent/guardian employment requirement (at least one):
    • Middlesex County Police
    • Middlesex County Fire
    • Middlesex County EMS
    • State agency assigned to Middlesex County
    • Federal agency assigned to Middlesex County

Key Dates (2027)

  • Application Due: May 28, 2027
  • Final Grades Due: June 25, 2027

Note: All materials must be received by the stated deadlines for consideration.

How to Apply

  • Download and complete the Scholarship Application form.
  • Prepare your required materials (see list below).
  • Email complete packet to: dkelly@middlesex200club.org with the subject line: Scholarship Application – Your Last Name.

  • Completed Scholarship Application
  • Proof of College Enrollment
  • Final transcript (submitted by June 25, 2027)
  • Proof of parent/guardian eligibility (see list above)
  • 400-word personal essay describing goals and how this scholarship will assist you
  • Disclosure of scholarships, grants, financial aid or tuition assistance received/to be received

Awards

Scholarship awards will be provided to selected applicants based on merit and eligibility.

A copy of the applicant’s current grades / transcript must be attached to this application, and final, end-of-year grades must be submitted no later than June 25, 2027 to remain eligible. An essay (400 words or less) is also required. DO NOT include your name or family member names in the essay.
